For pre-order items(items not listed in "in stock" category), please allow 1-2 weeks to receive; in stock items(listed in "in stock" category) will be posted in 1-2 working days once we received your payment, please allow another 1-2 working days to receive.
Normal Mail in island is absolutely free. For normal mail, the parcel will be put into the letter box. We are not responsible for any loss of parcels as no tracking service is provided for normal mail. Registered mail is recommended.
If you would like your items sent by registered mail, please kindly add S$2.24 on your total amount when you make payment. You will be updated with the tracking number after order was posted.
International Shipping:

Exchange and Refund Policy
Due to different resolution, color of some items may differ from the real item; to avoid any misunderstanding,please do not place order if you cannot accept;
All measurement on our website, please allow 2-4 cm difference;
Some items may come without tag, please do not order if you mind;
Only paid orders will be processed;
Once the order is confirmed, no change will be made (size, color etc);
Normally, please allow1-2 weeks to receive pre-order items (please do not order if you cannot wait);
Except item is out of stock, payment cannot be refunded;
Except for defective item, item will not be exchanged, please return back with its original condition.
Any product that was washed, used or damaged cannot be returned;
If there are in stock and pre-order items in your order, we will send them together when pre-order items arrive; however, if you would like to pay the shipping fee, we can send them separately;
Any problem, please contact us within 7 days from receiving date;
Discounted item is strictly not returnable and refundable;
